1. Definitions and Scope

In this document, "betbtd", "we", "us", and "platform" refer to the betbtd online gaming platform and all associated services. "User", "member", "player", or "you" refers to any person, registered or unregistered, who uses the services of this platform.

"Services" refers to all gaming, betting, casino, slots, cricket betting, and other entertainment activities provided by betbtd. "Account" refers to a user's personal registered profile on the platform.

2. Account Registration

2.1 Registration Requirements

To create an account on betbtd, you must meet the following conditions:

• You are creating the account in your own name and for your own use.
• You have not previously had an account on betbtd that was terminated.
• All information provided is true, accurate, and up to date.
• You agree to stay informed about any changes to the platform.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each person may hold only one account. If a single person is found to have multiple accounts, betbtd reserves the right to close them and confiscate the associated balances. If multiple members of the same household operate accounts from the same device or IP address, they must notify the betbtd support team in advance.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

betbtd may at any time request a copy of a valid national identity card, passport, or driving licence to verify a user's identity. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is complete. If the required documents are not provided within the specified time, the account may be temporarily suspended.

3. Age Requirement

betbtd is for users aged 21 and above only. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited. If a user is found to be under 21 years of age, their account will be closed immediately and all funds held in that account will be forfeited.

4. Account Management

4.1 Password and Security

You are responsible for keeping your account login details completely confidential. Report any unauthorized access to your account to the betbtd support team immediately. betbtd will not be liable for any loss resulting from use of your account by a third party.

4.2 Keeping Information Up to Date

If any of your personal details change (such as your phone number or email), update your account immediately or notify the support team. betbtd will not be liable for any payment or communication issues arising from outdated or incorrect information.

4.3 Account Transfer Prohibited

Transferring, selling, renting, or allowing another person to use your account is strictly prohibited. If such activity is confirmed, the account will be permanently closed.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposit Rules

• Nagad — the mobile financial service authorized by the postal department
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile banking service

5.2 Withdrawal Rules

The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily held until identity verification is complete.
• betbtd reserves the right to review withdrawals in cases of suspected suspicious activity.

5.3 Third-Party Payments Prohibited

Depositing from another person's account or withdrawing to another person's account is strictly prohibited. Any such transaction identified will be cancelled and the account will be subject to investigation.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Welcome Bonus

betbtd offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,000.

6.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each member may use a specific promotion only once.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirement has been met.
• betbtd reserves the right to modify, cancel, or suspend any bonus or promotion at any time.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all accounts being terminated.
• If an unusual betting pattern is identified at betbtd's discretion, the bonus may be cancelled.

6.3 VIP Program

The betbtd VIP program has three tiers:

• Bronze: weekly cashback of up to 0.3%.
• Silver: weekly cashback of up to 0.7%.
• Gold: weekly cashback of up to 1.0%.

7. Gaming Rules

7.1 Fair Play

betbtd is committed to ensuring fair play across all games. Our games are provided by accredited software providers and operate using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures unbiased outcomes.

7.2 Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted mid-round due to a technical error or server issue, betbtd will determine the outcome of that round in a reasonable manner. The user is responsible for their own internet connection; in such cases, wagered funds may not be refunded.

7.3 Betting Limits

Each game has its own minimum and maximum betting limits, which are displayed in the game interface. betbtd reserves the right to change betting limits at any time.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the betbtd platform:

• Any attempt to cheat, manipulate, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence to place bets.
• Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds.
• Colluding with other users to influence game outcomes.
• Attempting to hack the betbtd system or breach its security.
• Opening or operating an account using false information.
• Claiming promotional benefits illegally through multiple accounts.

10. Limitation of Liability

• Loss caused by a user's own negligence in securing their account.

In no case will betbtd's liability exceed the total amount of the transaction in question.

11. Account Closure and Termination

11.1 Closure at the User's Request

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Before the account is closed, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw any legitimately earned and withdrawable balance.

11.2 Closure at betbtd's Initiative

betbtd may temporarily or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of these terms and conditions.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Providing false information or failing to cooperate with identity verification.
• Managing multiple accounts.
• Instructions from law enforcement agencies.

12. Dispute Resolution

For any dispute or complaint, please contact our support team first. We always try to resolve issues in a friendly manner. If a resolution cannot be reached through the support team, the matter will be reviewed at a higher level within betbtd.

During dispute resolution, betbtd's system logs and records will be considered as final evidence. The deadline for submitting a complaint is within 30 days from the date of the relevant incident. Complaints submitted after the specified time may not be accepted.

13. Changes to Terms

betbtd reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be published as a notice on the platform and will take effect from the date of the change.

If you continue to use the platform after the updated terms take effect, you will be considered to have agreed to those changes. Therefore, it is advisable to review this page regularly.
